The Honor Magic 8 has officially launched in China alongside the Magic 8 Pro model. The phone is available for sale starting today with a price of CNY 4,499, and consumers can enjoy up to 24 months of 0% interest installments and a free Honor Band 9 as a freebie.
The phone sports a 6.58-inch OLED LTPO display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and circular polarization 2.0. The screen supports HDR and up to 6,000 nits peak brightness and features high-frequency 4320Hz PWM dimming.
Under the hood, the Honor Magic 8 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and runs on MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. The memory storage options include 12GB to 16GB of RAM and 256GB up to 1TB of ROM.
For imaging, it uses a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide macro lens, a 64MP OmniVision OV64B 3x telephoto lens with OIS, and a 50MP selfie shooter. Powering the device is a massive 7,000mAh battery with 90W wired Honor SuperCharge and support for 80W wireless charging.
Connectivity features include support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, IR blaster, C1+ comms chip, E2 energy efficiency chip, and satellite connectivity, but only in the 1TB variant.
Other features include Giant Rhino Glass for screen durability, an IP68/69/69K rating for water and dust resistance, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. Stereo speakers, an AI Key, and a stainless steel VC cooling system are also included.

The Honor Magic 8 is now available for purchase in China via the Honor shop website and other reputable online stores. It is also available in physical stores across the country. Below are the prices for each storage variant:

- 12GB+512GB: 4,799 CNY (~Rs 59,230 | ~$675)
