KUALA LUMPUR – 26 December 2025 – Nintendo Malaysia has officially kicked off its Nintendo eShop New Year Sale today, running through 8 January 2026, offering gamers access to discounted titles for both Nintendo Switch 2 and original Nintendo Switch systems. While more titles will be added throughout the promotion, confirmed details on initial discount percentages and participating games are now available, with savings of up to 50% on select titles.
The sale features a mix of multiplayer favorites, solo adventures, and family-friendly games—aligning with promotions in other Southeast Asian markets. Confirmed titles from the launch lineup include:

- Nintendo Switch Sports: RM159.00 → RM111.30 (30% OFF)

Notably, the Nintendo Switch 2— which launched in Malaysia on 3 July 2025, following its global debut on 5 June 2025 including in the Philippines—has dedicated editions of several games in the sale, making it an ideal opportunity for new console owners to expand their libraries.
Gamers can access the sale by navigating to the Nintendo eShop directly from their Switch or Switch 2 console, where a dedicated “New Year Sale 2025” tab is now live. Nintendo Malaysia advises checking the eShop regularly for updates, as additional titles will be added throughout the promotion period.
