Vivo X200T Features/Specs

The phone sports a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution (2800 × 1260 pixels). It uses a BOE Q10 panel that can hit up to 1,600 nits of brightness, and it’s shielded by tough SCHOTT Xensation Core glass.

Under the hood, it runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for smooth performance.

When it comes to software, the X200T runs Origin OS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo says users will get five full Android OS updates and seven years of security patches.

For photos and videos, Vivo worked with Zeiss to build a triple rear camera system. There’s a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope camera for zoom shots. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 32-megapixel front camera.

Battery life is a highlight with a 6,200mAh cell, plus support for 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, eSIM support, and a USB Type-C port.

It’s built to last too, with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. To keep things cool during heavy use, Vivo added a 4.5K nanofluid vapor chamber cooling system. The phone is 7.9mm thick and weighs 203 grams in purple, or 205 grams in black.

Other features include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor for responsive haptics, and an IR blaster to control your gadgets.
