The iQOO 15T has been officially launched in China with a starting price of CNY 3,799 (~₱34,399, ~₹53,900, ~$530). The phone comes in five storage variants up to 1TB, available in Qingyun, Legend, and Track Edition colorways.

As earlier reported, it is confirmed to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset, paired with the brand’s in‑house Q3 gaming chip.
Beyond performance, it also features a capable camera system: a 200MP main camera (Samsung S5KHP5 sensor, with OIS) alongside a 50MP ultra‑wide‑angle lens (Samsung JN1 sensor).
Powering the device is a large 8,000mAh battery, supported by 100W wired fast charging. Additional features include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, an 8,000mm² Ice Dome VC cooling system, a dedicated Wi‑Fi signal chip, and IP68 & IP69 water and dust resistance ratings.
The device is currently available for purchase in China via official vivo store. Availability for other markets, particularly India and the Philippines, has not yet been announced.
