Vivo appears to be preparing to launch the Vivo X500 series, with the base model appearing in 3C certification listings in China. According to the listing, the phone carrying model number V2602A will support 90W fast charging, while the battery capacity has not yet been officially confirmed.

However, Weibo tipster Shihao ZKK says the device will be equipped with a 7,500mAh ± battery. He also mentioned 90W fast charging, which is now confirmed by the 3C certification.
The tipster also added that the phone will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Lite chip with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage support. For the display, he says it will sport a 6.59-inch panel using BOE Q11 luminescent material with a 144Hz refresh rate. On the camera side, it is tipped to have a 50MP ultra-large sensor main camera plus a 64MP periscope telephoto lens.
In addition, our previous report regarding the camera department noted that the X500 series base model is rumored to use the 50MP Sony LYTIA LP910 sensor. It features a 1/1.28-inch sensor equipped with LOFIC CMOS technology, offering up to 100dB of dynamic range while maintaining low power consumption. The sensor delivers high-quality 4K imaging in low-light conditions without significantly increasing power use. It also supports 4K HDR video recording at up to 60fps, bringing enhanced HDR performance to smartphone cameras.
Vivo has not yet confirmed these rumored specifications. The only detail confirmed so far is the 90W fast charging support spotted in China’s 3C certification.
