Honor has officially launched the Honor Magic 9 in China, bringing a compact 6.37-inch OLED display, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a triple-camera system headlined by dual 200MP sensors.
The phone also packs an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, along with Honor’s imaging and connectivity enhancements.

Display and Design
The Honor Magic 9 features a compact 6.37-inch OLED display with a 2664 × 1236 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Honor says the screen can reach up to 10,000 nits peak brightness and 2,000 nits global peak brightness.
The display also supports 3,840Hz PWM dimming and has extremely thin 0.95mm bezels.

Performance and Hardware
The Honor Magic 9 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and features Honor’s Phantom Engine 3.0.
It comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Honor also includes its Yuguang H1 imaging chip and C3 RF enhancement chip, which are designed to improve imaging and signal performance.
Dual 200MP Cameras
The camera system is one of the biggest highlights of the Honor Magic 9. It features two 200MP sensors on the rear, covering the main and telephoto cameras.

The phone is available in Popcorn Yellow, Curtain Black, Opening White, and Olive Green. First sales start September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time through Honor’s official website in China.
The brand has not yet announced the global release date or international pricing for the Magic 9.
