Honor has officially launched the Honor Power 2 smartphone in China, featuring a 10,080mAh battery and mid-to-high-end hardware specifications.
The Honor Power 2 comes with a 6.79-inch flat OLED LTPS display with a 1.5K resolution of 2600 × 1200 pixels. The panel supports up to 8,000 nits of peak brightness and 3,840Hz PWM dimming. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Battery capacity is a central feature of the device, with the 10,080mAh battery supporting 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging. The phone measures 7.98mm in thickness and weighs 216 grams.
For photography, the Honor Power 2 features a 16MP front-facing camera. On the rear, it includes a dual-camera setup with a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 5MP ultra-wide camera.
The smartphone runs Android 16 with MagicOS 10 and includes an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, a metal frame, and connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, an IR blaster, USB-C, and Honor’s C1+ RF chip. It also supports dual-frequency GPS and tri-frequency Beidou positioning and carries IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
In China, the Honor Power 2 is priced at CNY 2,699 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, which converts to approximately $385, Rs 34,850, or PHP 22,899. The 12GB RAM + 512GB storage model is priced at CNY 2,999, translating to around $430, Rs 38,720, or PHP 25,399. The phone is offered in Phantom Black, Snowfield White, and Rising Sun Orange color options.
Honor has not yet announced availability in other markets.
