Huawei has launched the Pura 90 series in China, introducing the Huawei Pura 90, Pura 90 Pro, and Pura 90 Pro Max powered by flagship Kirin chipsets. Pricing starts at CNY 4,699 for the standard model, while the Pro and Pro Max variants begin at CNY 5,499 and CNY 6,499, respectively.

Huawei says the Pura 90 Pro and Pura 90 Pro Max will go on sale starting April 29, 2026, while the standard Pura 90 will be available from May 9, 2026. Pre-orders for all models are now open in China.
The company has yet to confirm global availability, including launch timelines for markets such as India and the Philippines.

Key Hardware Updates
The Pura 90 series debuts the Kirin 9030S and HarmonyOS 6.1, further advancing Huawei’s shift toward independent hardware and software. This follows the company’s recent strategy to bring its Kirin chips back to the global market.
While the Pro Max stands out with its 200MP periscope lens and specialized LOFIC sensor for high dynamic range photography, the standard Pura 90 is the lineup’s endurance leader, featuring the largest battery at 6,500mAh.
