Two unannounced Huawei devices have just passed network access certification, and details about them are already making rounds online. According to a post from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the two models carry the numbers CHZ‑AL60 and CAS‑AL50. What stands out most is their battery sizes. One packs a massive 8500mAh cell, while the other still offers a large 6100mAh capacity.
The tipster guesses these could be new additions to the Huawei Enjoy 90 series. If that turns out true, they will likely run on a Kirin 8‑series chip. That mix of solid performance and big batteries would make them great choices in the CNY 1,000–2,000 price bracket, or roughly PHP 9,000 to 17,500.
For context, the Huawei Enjoy 90 series already has several models out in China. There is the Enjoy 90 standard version, Enjoy 90 Plus, Enjoy 90m Plus, and the Enjoy 90 Pro Max. The Pro Max model launched not long ago at CNY 1,699 which is around PHP 14K to PHP 15K. It runs on the Kirin 8000 chip and comes in four color choices namely Flying Azure, Dawn Gold, Snow White, and Obsidian Black.
If these new units really are part of the same family, Huawei is clearly doubling down on big batteries and affordable performance. We should know more about their official names, specs, and release dates very soon.
