The ZTE Nubia Neo 3 5G has finally launched at MWC 2025, along with the Nubia Neo 3 GT with the newest Unisoc processor. The phone was spotted on the IMEI database last year with a model number Z2461, which, contrary to speculations, is equipped with the Unisoc T820. However, the company officially unveiled the phone in Barcelona, Spain on March 3, 2025, featuring a “Futuristic Mecha Design” and a Unisoc T8300 octa-core gaming processor. It comes in black, gray, and yellow colorways with a starting price of €249.

The phone sports a Futuristic Mecha Design, crafted to present a unique and striking appearance on the back panel. It also has RGB lighting resembling a robot eye, alongside dual cameras and an LED flash. On the side, it features dual shoulder triggers, the same iteration as previous models.
On the front, it boasts a 6.8-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1000 nits peak brightness, and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
Under the hood, it is powered by the newly launched Unisoc T8300, which is crafted using TSMC’s 6nm EUV process. It boasts a dual-core Cortex-A78 clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, and a Mali-G57 MC4 GPU. It also features a NeoTurbo Performance Engine, delivering automatically enhanced performance and efficiency. For memory, it offers 8GB of RAM + an additional 12GB of dynamic RAM, while the storage has not been mentioned, but it seems to be 128GB or 256GB.
For camera capabilities, it sports a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor, while on the front, it houses a 16MP selfie shooter. In addition, it features a NeoVision AI photography system to capture high-quality photos and videos, AI Super Night, AI Spirit Snapshot, AI HDR, AI Magic Eraser, and AI Magic Editor.
For the battery, it is fueled by a massive 6000mAh battery and paired with 33W fast charging that supports bypass charging to reduce heat and extend battery life while gaming.
Other features include AI Game Space 3.0, Live Island 2.0, Z-smartcast, Z-Pop, a Z-axis linear motor, DTS:X Ultra, and a multi-layer heat dissipation cooling system.
