Oppo has confirmed its flagship Oppo Find X9 smartphone will debut in early October 2025 in China, with a global rollout, including India, slated for mid-November. The device will launch alongside the premium Find X9 Pro, as verified by Smartprix. Early specifications, leaked by tipsters Digital Chat Station (Weibo) and XpertPick, outline a feature-packed contender in the premium smartphone segment.
Oppo Find X9 Key Features and Specifications
The Oppo Find X9 sports a 6.59-inch flat OLED LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Weighing approximately 203 grams, it features an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Design options include Frost White, Mist Black, Chasing Light Red, and Velvet Titanium. A physical “Plus Key” button is included for customizable shortcuts.
Powering the device is MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, marking Oppo’s continued partnership with the Taiwanese semiconductor firm. The processor is paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, available in five configurations: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
The triple-camera system includes a 50MP primary sensor (Sony LYT-808 with OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide lens (Samsung JN5), and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens (Samsung JN9) with 3x optical zoom. Hasselblad’s imaging algorithms and Oppo’s Lumo Imaging software are integrated for enhanced photo processing. A 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor handles front-facing camera duties.
A 7,025mAh battery supports 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. Other highlights include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, an upgraded X-axis haptic motor, and Android 16 with Oppo’s ColorOS 16 skin.
The Oppo Find X9 is rumored to be launching soon, and if the leaked specs are anything to go by, it’s aiming straight for the top. With a focus on battery life, camera capabilities, and raw processing power, Oppo seems to be targeting users who want it all. The official announcement is expected in October, so stay tuned!
