Poco has officially launched the Poco M8 Power in India with a starting price of Rs 24,999. This model joins the Poco M8 5G and Poco M8 Pro 5G that were launched earlier this year. Ahead of the official launch, the brand first teased the retail box and unveiled the key specifications publicly. The Poco M8 Power comes in Blaze Orange, Green, and Black colorways.
Features and Specifications
On paper, one of the device’s main draws is its large 6.9-inch display, nearly reaching the 7-inch mark. It uses a flat AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution, and supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset paired with the Adreno 613 GPU.
Battery capacity is listed at 8,000mAh, with support for 45W wired charging and 22.5W reverse charging.
Software is handled by HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, with a promise of 4 Android OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates.
For imaging and physical hardware, the phone sports a 50MP OmniVision Light Fusion 400 main rear camera and an 8MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual SIM 5G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB-C port.
