    The Sony Xperia 1 VIII was officially launched globally on May 13, 2026. It features a 6.5″ FHD+ display, 120Hz refresh rate, and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It runs on Android 16 with Xperia Intelligence and offers up to 1TB of storage. For imaging, it has a 52MP Exmor T OIS main camera, 50MP telephoto lens, 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 12MP selfie camera. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports USB PD wired charging and wireless charging.
