Was Wordle #1931 Hard Today?

Today’s puzzle uses an uncommon word that may feel tricky because it has repeated vowels and is not used in everyday conversation. Players who test vowels early should narrow it down quickly.

I began with one of my preferred opening words, CRANE, and confirmed that R appears in the solution but not in its correct position. Next, I tested ARISE, which showed that S is in the word but also not in the right spot. I spotted the repeated vowel U and worked out the remaining letters, getting the correct answer on my fifth attempt.
