MediaTek has officially launched its new flagship chip, the Dimensity 9500. This chip is built to lead in performance, AI processing, and power efficiency.
The chip features a 3rd-gen All Big Core CPU with 1x Arm C1-Ultra, 3x Arm C1-Premium, and 4x Arm C1-Pro performance cores. It also features the industry’s first 4-channel UFS 4.1 storage. A new cache/memory design doubles read/write speeds, accelerating AI model load efficiency by up to 40%.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 is a new powerhouse equipped for the next generation of flagship phones from brands like Vivo, Oppo, and other giant Chinese brands. Recently, there was a leaked AnTuTu score of the upcoming Vivo X300 Pro with MediaTek Dimensity 9500, which achieved an impressive score of 4,126,208 million points on the AnTuTu Benchmark, as you can see in the list below.
