Apple could launch three non-Pro iPhone models in the first half of 2027, according to a new leak from well-known tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo. The lineup is reportedly set to include the iPhone 18e, the standard iPhone 18, and the second-generation iPhone Air 2. Among the three models, the standard iPhone 18 is expected to become the best-selling device, according to the tipster.

The leaked specifications suggest that the iPhone 18 could feature a 6.3-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a standard Dynamic Island design. It is also rumored to be powered by Apple’s next-generation A20 chip, reportedly built on a 2nm process, alongside Face ID and a 48MP dual-camera system. The device is also expected to pack a larger battery than its predecessor, although its price could increase.

In terms of design, the iPhone 18 is expected to retain the overall appearance of the current iPhone 17, with only minor display-related refinements. This is consistent with our previous report, which suggested that Apple would focus more on performance improvements than major design changes. Meanwhile, Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max have already been unveiled globally on September 9, 2026, and are now available in the Philippines. The iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₱94,990 for the 256GB variant, featuring a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with ProMotion up to 120Hz, an A20 Pro chip, and a 48MP Pro Fusion triple-camera system with a variable-aperture main camera. It also comes with a next-generation vapor chamber cooling system and storage options of up to 2TB.

The larger iPhone 18 Pro Max, on the other hand, starts at ₱99,990 for the 256GB model. It shares the same A20 Pro chip and triple-camera system but offers a larger 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display and longer battery life, rated for up to 43 hours of video playback. Both Pro models are available in burgundy, glacier, silver, and black finishes, with storage configurations of up to 2TB.

With the standard iPhone 18, iPhone 18e, and iPhone Air 2 reportedly arriving in the first half of 2027, Apple could be preparing another major change to its traditional iPhone release schedule. However, the company has yet to officially confirm the launch timeline or specifications of these upcoming models.
