Google has officially launched the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, its latest premium foldable flagship that joins the recently announced Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro XL to complete the company’s full 2026 smartphone lineup. The new foldable brings brighter, more durable panels on both sides, the same in-house Tensor G6 processor as its slab counterparts, a full triple camera system with long-range zoom, and Google’s industry-leading long-term software support.
The phone features two high-brightness Super Actua OLED panels tuned for both indoor and outdoor use. The outer cover display measures 6.5 inches with a 1080×2342p resolution, 399ppi, an adaptive 1–120Hz refresh rate, up to 2,000 nits of HDR brightness, and a 3,600-nit peak for direct sunlight visibility. It is protected by an ultra-durable glass ceramic layer for improved scratch and drop resistance.
Dual Displays and Build
When unfolded, the device opens to an 8-inch Super Actua Flex OLED inner display with a 2076×2152p resolution, 372ppi, the same 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and matching 2,000-nit HDR / 3,600-nit peak brightness levels. The flexible panel uses Ultra Thin Glass for a smoother feel and better long-term durability than standard plastic foldable screens. The device carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and is offered in two color options: Olive and Obsidian.
In terms of size, it measures 155.2 × 76.0 × 10.1mm when folded, and 155.2 × 150.4 × 5.0mm when fully open, with a total weight of 239g.
Performance, Battery, and Charging
Powering the foldable is the Google Tensor G6 system-on-chip paired with the Titan M3 security chip for hardware-level data protection. It comes with a fixed 16GB of RAM and three storage tiers of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, all using faster Zoned UFS storage technology for snappier app launches and file transfers.
The battery is rated at 4,806mAh typical capacity, with a minimum guaranteed capacity of 4,658mAh. Charging speeds top out at 30W for wired top-ups and 25W for Qi2.2 wireless charging.
Triple Camera System
On the imaging front, the phone uses a rear triple-camera setup matching the base Pixel 11’s zoom capability:
- 48MP main camera
- 10.5MP ultra-wide-angle lens with Macro Focus
- 10.8MP 5x periscope telephoto camera with optical image stabilization
For selfies and video calls, there are two separate 10MP cameras: one built into the outer cover display for quick shots when folded, and a second above the inner screen for use when the device is open.
Software and Premium Features
The phone ships with Android 17 out of the box, and matches the rest of the 2026 Pixel lineup with a 7-year update promise covering OS upgrades, monthly security patches, and Pixel Drop feature releases through 2033.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and full connectivity support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, ultra-wideband (UWB), and USB Type-C 3.2.
