The chipset supports both DDR4 and LPDDR4x memory configurations, enhancing device performance.

The chipset includes a dedicated AI processor, the NPU 650, enabling AI-powered experiences on Chromebooks. It also features the Imagiq 7 ISP for professional-grade HDR imaging, improved low-light capture, and support for dual cameras.
