Realme has confirmed two new wearables for its May 22 event in India. The Buds Air 8 Pro true wireless earbuds and the Watch S5 smartwatch will arrive alongside the Realme 16T 5G, expanding the company’s audio and fitness lineup ahead of the summer sales season.
realme Buds Air 8 Pro
The earbuds are built around noise cancellation. Realme lists up to 55dB Ultra Depth ANC with a wide 5,000Hz reduction bandwidth, plus an Adaptive ANC mode that adjusts automatically based on surroundings. Sound is handled by a dual DAC driver system with Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification, LHDC codec support, 24-bit depth and a 192kHz sampling rate.

For calls, Realme is using a six-microphone array, three in each bud, with a bone-conduction voice pickup sensor and AI Call Noise Cancellation. The company claims wind noise reduction at speeds up to 10m/s. Other features include 3D spatial audio, personalized sound tuning, live translation in more than 30 languages through the Realme Link app, and a 45ms low-latency mode aimed at gaming.
Battery life is rated at up to 12 hours per charge, and up to 50 hours with the case when using AAC with ANC off. With ANC and LHDC on, the total drops to around 20 hours. The buds support connections to three devices at once, carry an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, and will come in Master Black and Master White.
realme Watch S5
The Watch S5 is positioned for fitness tracking and long runtimes. Realme claims up to 20 days of battery life and includes more than 110 sports modes.

It uses a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 466 x 466 resolution, up to 1,500 nits peak brightness, 60Hz refresh, and an always-on option. For outdoor tracking, there is independent GPS with support for five satellite systems. Health sensors cover heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep analysis, menstrual cycle tracking, and ambient noise alerts. The case is 5ATM water resistant, supports wet-hand touch, weighs 32g and is 11.8mm thick.
Realme 16T will also launch alongside these two new devices. Realme says all products will tie into its wider AIoT ecosystem, enabling seamless connectivity across smartphones, earbuds, and smartwatches through the Realme Link app. Full pricing and sale details for the Indian market will be officially revealed during the launch event scheduled for May 22.
