The Nothing Phone (3) 5G features a 6.67-inch flexible AMOLED display with 120Hz refreshrate, powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and running NothingOS 3.5 based on Android 15. It includes a 50MP OIS main camera, 50MP ultrawide lens, 50MP OIS telephoto and a 50MP OIS selfie camera. Powering the device is a 5,150mah silicon-carbon battery with 65W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
