According to the details, the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a 200MP ZEISS periscope telephoto camera using a custom sensor based on Samsung’s HP0 platform from Samsung. The device will also use Vivo’s fifth-generation “Thanos” telephoto system, which focuses on improving telephoto image processing and zoom quality.

The camera system will incorporate Vivo BlueImage custom sensor tuning, aimed at improving color accuracy, HDR processing, autofocus performance, and power efficiency. It will also feature the BlueImage high-refresh tracking focus engine, which helps maintain focus on moving subjects.

For stabilization, the periscope lens includes 3° optical stabilization, described as gimbal-level OIS. Vivo claims this setup provides two to three times stronger stabilization compared to typical telephoto lenses, reaching CIPA 7.0-level stabilization.

The telephoto camera will also support 60fps motion capture, allowing smoother recording when using the zoom lens. Vivo says the system is designed to deliver better results in high-zoom photography, including shots at 200mm, 400mm, and beyond, while also improving low-light telephoto performance.

While vivo hasn’t set a launch date yet, the wait shouldn’t be long. The Vivo X300 Ultra was already showcased at MWC 2026 in Barcelona, so expect more news on its official rollout to drop in the next few weeks.
