New details suggest the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 series will serve as the debut platform for the next generation Exynos 2700 chip. A leaked Geekbench 6.7.1 result, shared by Saurav in a post on X, has surfaced offering a latest look at the processor’s performance and design.

The benchmark listing shows a single-core score of 4,328 points and a multi-core result of 14,700. Under the hood, the chip reportedly uses a 10-core CPU layout arranged in a 1 plus 4 plus 1 plus 4 configuration. Graphics are handled by the Xclipse 970 GPU, and the chip may also expected to support LPDDR6 memory.

As we noted in our previous report, these scores are significantly higher than the earlier Exynos 2700 results on Geekbench. Single-core performance is up roughly 66%, while multi-core performance gains are around 42%.

According to reports, the Exynos 2700 is expected to launch first inside the Galaxy S27 and S27 Plus. Some sources say the chip may also be used in the Galaxy S27 Pro and S27 Ultra in certain markets, meaning it will be available in more regions than before.

This raises questions about how Samsung will balance performance across its entire flagship lineup. The Exynos 2700 will be put to the test across four different models, and how it stacks up against competing chips will define the S27 generation.

On the other hand, all models in the Galaxy S27 series have received 3C certification in China. The base model supports 27W charging, the Plus variant offers 45W, and both Pro and Ultra versions feature 60W fast charging. Samsung typically unveils its Galaxy S series in January or February.
